Made in Britain, with 100% British Wool, the pullover has been directly matched to the originals in our collection.
 
The yarn colour, which is based on the pre-war steel blue shade, has been painstakingly matched. Interestingly, from our research we have found that Air Ministry knitwear becomes more blue rather than grey.
 
The fit of the pullover is tight, designed to hug the body and allow for wear underneath the service dress (and suits Aircrew). The pullovers were normally worn tucked into the trousers, with braces worn over the top of the pullover.
